Content Generation via Title + Headings

  1. Navigate to the Generate Tab: Begin by clicking on the "Generate" tab in the navigation menu. This will take you to the article generation page.

  2. Select Title: Once on the Generate page, you'll find an option at the top labeled "Title." Here, you can input the title you'd like to include in your article. Each title should be entered on a separate line. (For the Title + Heading option, you can only generate one title at a time)

  3. Add Title + Headings: After adding all the desired title, you're reading to add the headings. Headings should follow the following format (each heading will be separated by the next line): h1: Integrating Microsoft Outlook with Google Sheets Using Zapier h2: What is Zapier? h2: Setting Up Microsoft Outlook and Google Sheets Integration h3_1: Step 1: Create a Zapier Account h3: Conclusion For each heading, the article will be generated in the order of your headings. For the h1 header just input h1. However, if you'd like multiple headers (like 3 h2's) use an underscore and order number (this has nothing to do with the order, it's just for differentiation within our logic).

  4. Submit Your Selection: Hit the "Submit" button to initiate the article generation process. Our system will then begin crafting articles based on the provided keywords.

  5. Notification of Completion: Once the generation is complete, you will receive a notification. This notification ensures that you're promptly informed once the articles are ready for use.

  6. Check Article Status: To monitor the status of your generated articles, navigate to the Projects tab. Here, you can track the progress of your article generation tasks and access the completed articles once they're available.

Additional Configuration Options

  1. Prompt:

    • Use the prompt field to add specific instructions or additional context for the AI. This could include directives like "include step-by-step instructions" or "focus on benefits."

  2. Tone:

    • Set the desired tone for your article, such as professional, lighthearted, or informational. This helps tailor the article's voice to your audience.

  3. Internal Links:

    • Provide a list of URLs for internal linking within your article. The system intelligently inserts these links where relevant, enhancing the article's SEO value. Ensure the links are contextually appropriate for the article's topic.

Advanced Features

  1. Categories:

    • Define categories relevant to your content under the category tab. Categories should be comma-separated (e.g., "health, wealth, business") and are used by the AI to tag the generated article appropriately.

  2. Call to Action (CTA):

    • Customize your CTA by providing a description of your business or the action you want readers to take. The system generates a unique CTA for each article based on this information.
